Privacy
How we handle the information you give us.
Who we are. The Solo Hub is a hospitality company registered in the Netherlands. For any privacy question, write to privacy@thesolohub.com. Full company and registration details are available on request.
What we collect. Only what you choose to give us — typically your name, email and any message or preferences you submit through our waitlist, owner, investor or contact forms. We do not buy personal data or collect more than a form requires.
Why we use it. To reply to you, to operate and improve our waitlist and partner communications, and to send updates you've asked for. We rely on your consent for marketing emails and on legitimate interest for responding to direct enquiries.
Who sees it. Our team, and the service providers who help us run the business (for example, email, hosting and form processing). They act on our instructions under contract. We do not sell your data to anyone.
How long we keep it. For as long as needed to do what you asked, and then for a reasonable period afterwards. Marketing contacts are kept until you unsubscribe, which you can do from any email.
Your rights. Under the GDPR you can access, correct, delete or port your data, object to processing, and withdraw consent at any time. Email privacy@thesolohub.com and we'll act on it. You may also complain to the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).

This site is information. It describes The Solo Hub, its concept and its plans. Details such as locations, capsule counts, dates and specifications are current intentions and may change as projects develop.
Not an offer of securities. Nothing on this website is an offer, solicitation or recommendation to buy any security or to make any investment. Any investment in The Solo Hub would be made solely on the basis of formal documentation provided separately and subject to its own terms.
No guarantees. We work to keep the site accurate but make no warranty that it is complete or error-free, and we aren't liable for decisions made solely on the basis of it. Forward-looking statements are not promises of outcome.
Intellectual property. The Solo Hub name, brand, copy, design and imagery on this site are ours and may not be reused without written permission.
Governing law. These terms are governed by Dutch law, and disputes fall to the competent courts of the Netherlands.
